La pleine conscience est une approche la\u00efque, fond\u00e9e sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience et l\u2019observation.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cochin;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Des programmes, dont le MBSR, ont \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s afin d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 cultiver cette qualit\u00e9 de pr\u00e9sence.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cochin;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Le programme MBSR ( traduit de l&rsquo;anglais par \u00ab\u00a0r\u00e9duction du stress bas\u00e9e sur la pleine conscience) est structur\u00e9 autour de 8 s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;environ 2h30 r\u00e9parties sur 8 semaines et d&rsquo;une journ\u00e9e en silence. Il est bas\u00e9 sur un entra\u00eenement syst\u00e9matique et intensif \u00e0 la m\u00e9ditation de pleine conscience et au hatha-yoga en pleine conscience.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cochin;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Pendant la dur\u00e9e du cycle, les participants apprennent \u00e0 m\u00e9diter de fa\u00e7on progressive et \u00e0 explorer les m\u00e9canismes physiques, mentaux et \u00e9motionnels en lien avec le stress et les \u00e9motions.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cochin;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Cet entrainement, fond\u00e9 sur l\u2019attention, permet de d\u00e9velopper un autre regard sur soi et d\u2019\u00e9largir sa vision des choses afin de faire face aux situations de fa\u00e7on diff\u00e9rente.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cochin;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La m\u00e9ditation permet \u00e9galement de d\u00e9velopper de la clart\u00e9, de renforcer ses capacit\u00e9s de r\u00e9silience et ses ressources.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cochin;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">Si l\u2019exp\u00e9rience m\u00e9ditative semble en apparence passive, invitant \u00e0 l&rsquo;acceptation de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience pr\u00e9sente, il ne s\u2019agit pas d&rsquo;une\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cochin;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">\u00abr\u00e9signation\u00bb mais bien d\u2019enclencher un processus actif et de d\u00e9velopper de nouvelles r\u00e9ponses comportementales et relationnelles.\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"JUSTIFY\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-family: Cochin;\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">La formation se d\u00e9roule chaque semaine lors d&rsquo;ateliers d&rsquo;environ 2h30 et inclut \u00e9galement une journ\u00e9e en silence .
